Privacy Policy

The short version

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use cookies or analytics on this website.

Our iOS apps collect no personal data whatsoever — no name, no email, no location, no device identifiers, no usage analytics, no crash reports. Nothing leaves your device.

Our desktop software collects only what is strictly necessary to deliver and validate your license.

iOS apps (Solitaire + Travel Pack and future iOS titles)

Ludlow Peak iOS apps collect no personal data of any kind. Specifically:

No name, email address, or contact information is collected.
No location data is accessed or collected.
No device identifiers, advertising IDs, or hardware fingerprints are collected.
No usage analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting data is transmitted.
No camera, microphone, or contacts access is requested.
No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs are included in our iOS apps.

All game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Purchases of iOS apps are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store any payment information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Desktop software (EZ Cart, SRT Monitor, and future desktop titles)

When you purchase a desktop software license, we receive the following from our payment processor (Paddle):

Email address — used to deliver your serial number and to respond to support requests.
Name — optional, provided by you during checkout. Stored for order reference only.
Transaction ID — the Paddle order reference, stored to prevent duplicate serial delivery.

When you activate or validate a license within the software, the app sends:

Serial number — to verify your license.
Machine identifier — a non-reversible hash of your hardware, used solely to enforce the one-seat-per-license limit. We cannot identify your machine from this value.

We do not collect usage data, telemetry, crash reports, audio content, or any other information from the desktop software.

Payment processing — desktop software

All desktop software payments are processed by Paddle.com. We never see or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details. Paddle's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

Website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard web server access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of their infrastructure operations. This data is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not run any analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts on this site.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with any third party except as described above (Paddle for desktop payment processing, Cloudflare for website hosting, Apple for iOS app purchases). We do not use your data for advertising of any kind.

Data retention

Desktop license records (email, serial, machine activation status) are retained for as long as your license is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for support purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Note that deletion of license records will invalidate your desktop software license.

iOS apps retain no data on our end. There is nothing to delete.

Children's privacy

Our products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our iOS apps collect no personal data from any user regardless of age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our products after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
