All purchases of Ludlow Peak software licenses are final. We do not offer refunds after a license has been issued.
Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to use the free trial to confirm that the Software meets your technical requirements and works correctly in your environment. The trial period is the evaluation period — it is provided specifically for this purpose.
Ludlow Peak software includes a fully functional free trial (currently 5 days for Ludlow Cart). During the trial, all features are available with no restrictions. There is no payment required and no credit card needed to download and run the trial.
Please use the trial to verify compatibility with your audio interface, operating system, network environment, and workflow before purchasing. If you need additional trial time or have questions before committing, contact us at [email protected] — we are happy to help.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate transaction — contact us within 30 days at [email protected] with your order details. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction.
If you experience a defect or issue with the Software after purchase, please contact us. We are committed to resolving technical issues and will work with you to do so. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable by law.
